The EBW Workshop Accreditation Programme has been designed for delegates who are already qualified as an EBW Advance Facilitator and wish to run tailored EBW Emotional Intelligence workshops to develop successful groups and organisations.

This short programme is web based and is completed online, using e-learning. Its emphasis is on becoming a confident user of the EBW Workshop Framework and having sufficient knowledge and facilitation skills to run a successful EBW Emotional Intelligence Workshop.

By the end of the programme delegates will have developed their understanding of EBW Emotional Intelligence Business Model and the experiential exercises used in the EBW workshop. This training enables Facilitators to roll out the EBW Emotional Intelligence business model and techniques to whole organisations or to groups of individuals.

EBW Workshop Accreditation Programme

The programme develops the knowledge of an EBW Advance Facilitator and consists of:

  • E-learning modules on the EBW Workshop Framework and developing individuals Business Emotional Intelligence in a workshop to develop your subject knowledge on the EBW workshop framework and experiential exercises.
  • Experiential exercises on Business Emotional Intelligence
  • A workshop framework for assessing and developing individuals with practical experiential exercises on the EBW model ensuring you have the tools to make every EBW workshop a success
