The EBW Psychometric System is based on the EBW Emotional Intelligence business model that focuses on areas that are known to predict success in teams, managers and leaders

There are three levels to EBW Psychometric System that require different training and expertise to use and provide a wide range of expert reports to support a variety of business applications and organisational programmes.

  • The EBWt Team System

The EBW Psychometric System meets the psychometric test standards laid down by the British Psychological Society which are accepted by most good psychometric test publishers around the world. The EBW Psychometric System has a complete EBW Technical and User Manual (With full development, validation and reliability studies and international norm groups).

  • Uses international 'business' English
  • Assessments available in multi-languages (including Chinese and Arabic)
  • Avoids age, religion, disability, race and gender/sexuality bias
  • Can be completed in under 20 minutes
  • Is scored and an individual report developed in under 10 minutes

Reports used for Selection

These reports provides information on a candidate's Business Emotional Intelligence and enables a quick assessment of a candidates' critical emotions and behaviours that predict success in the job role. Each EBW Selection Report generates focused questions which enables smarter use of time for busy managers/recruiters.

These reports provides information on the User's Business Emotional Intelligence development areas and what their strengths are. It is designed as a self reflective report and assists the individual in development their self awareness and recognising their training and development needs.

The EBW Advance Psychometric System

The EBW Advance Psychometric System is designed to provide a sophisticated analysis of the individual's Business Emotional Intelligence. The success of the EBW Advance Psychometric System is its ability to accurately benchmark a User and enable comparisons against success, as well as provide detailed Business Emotional Intelligence information to make better business and personal decisions

The output from the EBW Advance Psychometric System are different EBW Advance Reports.

The EBWt Team Psychometric System

The EBWt Team Psychometric System builds on the EBW Advance Psychometric System and provides insight into a team's Business Emotional Intelligence and the impact each member has on colleagues and the performance of the team. The EBWt System describes and analyses each scale on the EBW Emotional Intelligence business model from a '360' viewpoint.

The output from the EBWt Team Psychometric System are different EBWt Team Reports.
