Based in Singapore with over 20 years of business experience, Amine Delage boasts a rich multi-cultural and diverse international business background.

A coach, facilitator and trainer, Amine is devoted to individual and team coaching for high performance, leadership development, communication and performance management. Amine works with senior executives on key strategic projects helping them to understand and manage the human side of change.

He has designed and delivered several programmes such as: service quality management, conflict management, train the trainer, professional presentation skills, People and performance for managers and appraisal interview for development. Having extensive experience across continents from the Americas, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia, he helps managers and teams add value to their productivity and profitability.

Amine holds an MBA in Hospitality & Tourism Management and BA Human Resources. In 2004 and 2005, he lectured at the University of Paris XII on Management and Leadership in a degree course.

People need to believe in their own potential”.  For that, he uses the EBW to assesses a person’s Emotional Intelligence by measuring the key emotional behavioural clusters that affect a job or a team performance.   He finds that the EBW helps people to believe that they can go beyond what they are capable to do today. Focusing on critical emotions & behaviour, people are able to change their perspective and future.
