Programme Structure
The EBW Accreditation Programme uses a blended learning approach with a 5 part mixture of web based learning modules, a masterclass, practical assessment sessions and 1 to 1 coaching.


This approach ensures every delegate minimises their time away from the office and is licensed to to use the EBW Psychometric System by the end of the programme.





Programme Schedule
  1. Two E-learning modules on Psychometrics and Emotional Intelligence, which develops your subject knowledge on the EBW business model and psychometric system
  2. An EBW assessment and personal report - understand your Business Emotional Intelligence
  3. A one day masterclass, which enables you to learn with experts in this field
  4. Three assessment & feedback sessions using the EBW model and psychometric system which enables you to practice assessing and provide feedback to others
  5. A telephone coaching session with a Business Psychologist to gain your accreditation and receive one to one coaching on how to apply the EBW Emotional Intelligence business model to improve performance.
