The success of the EBW Advance Psychometric is its ability to accurately benchmark a user and enable comparisons against success, as well as provide detailed Business Emotional Intelligence information to make better business and personnel decisions.
The output from the EBW Advance Psychometric is Business Emotional Intelligence Reports (Advance).

The EBWt Team Psychometric works at individual and group level, benchmarking a team performance against other teams and creating a series of Business EQ Maps showing the impact each member has on colleagues and the performance of the team. (see diagram).
