EBW Distance Learning Programme
This E-learning programme is a practical course designed to ensure that on completion delegates can use the EBW Model and Online Psychometric System to select and develop personnel effectively. The programme consists of two short modules. Module One explains how psychometric tests are developed and work. Module Two explains how to use the EBW model of Emotional Intelligence and the output of the EBW Online System to provide accurate insights into a person's Emotional Intelligence. Both modules are based on practical exercises in EBW interpretation, feedback and administration that enables a person to check their knowledege as they complete the programme.

Completing this E-learning Programme enables Users to use a Psychometric test and report system that normally requires a British Psychology Society Level A/B Psychometric test qualification to use.

EBW Advance Distance Learning Programme (BPS Level B Conversion Course)
The EBW Advance E-learning programme emphasis is on becoming a confident user of the EBW Advance Online System and assumes a level of understanding for a certified BPS Level B practitioner. The tutorial uses the EBW User and Technical Manual and an example report to explain each aspect of the system, the various subscales and concepts. Reflective questions in your own EBW Advance Report and in the tutorial are provided to enhance your understanding of the EBW system. By the end of the programme delegates will understand the EBW scales and know how to select and develop personnel using the EBW Model of Emotional Intelligence with the EBW Advance Reports.
