The EBW Psychometric System is based on the EBW Emotional Intelligence business model that focuses on areas that are known to predict success in teams, managers and leaders. It meets the psychometric test standards laid down by the British Psychological Society which are accepted by most good psychometric test publishers around the world. The EBW Psychometric System has a complete EBW Technical and User Manual (With full development, validation and reliability studies and norm groups).

There are three levels to EBW Psychometric System, The EBW System, The EBW Advance System and The EBWt Team System, with different assessments and reports being generated for individual roles and organisational programmes.


The EBW Psychometric System
The EBW System is designed to be used as a selection and development tool for HR consultants, coaches and managers who want a quick and objective assessment. It produces two types of report, The EBW Selection Report and The EBW Development Report

The EBW Selection Report enables managers to understand a candidate's Emotional Intelligence and to assess quickly the key Emotional Behavioural Clusters that predict success in the job role they are recruiting for.

The EBW Development Report provides an overall summary and feedback on the individual's areas of development and what their strengths are. It provides structured questions to explore the different Emotional Behavioural Clusters that are the focus of the EBW and assists the individual in recognising their training and development needs.

The EBW Psychometric System is available for unlimited use on the EBW ‘Pay as you Use' System and can be used immediately after completing the EBW E-Leaning Programme.

To use the EBW Psychometric System Facilitators must have:

  • Passed the EBW Accreditation E-Learning programme

 

The EBW Advance Psychometric System
The EBW Advance Psychometric System provides a sophisticated analysis of the individual's Emotional Intelligence and enables organisations to analyse and understand a person's potential when selecting or developing leaders/managers or teams. The EBW Advance System benchmarks a User against appropriate peer groups and enables comparisons against success.

To use the EBW Advance Psychometric System Facilitators must have either:

  • Passed the EBW Advance Accreditation Programme
  • Be British Psychological Society (BPS) Level B certified or the international equivalent and passed the EBW Advance E-Learning Accreditation Programme.

 

The EBWt Team Psychometric System

The EBWt Team Psychometric System provides insight into a teams Emotional Intelligence and the impact each member has on colleagues and the performance of the team. Each User's emotional behavioural cluster is analysed and described from a ‘360’ viewpoint.

To use the EBWt Team Psychometric System Facilitators must have:

  • Passed the EBW Advance Accreditation Programm
  • Passed the EBWt Team E-Learning Accreditation Programme.
