The EBW Online System produces two levels of report, the EBW and the EBW Advance, with different reports being generated for individual roles and organisational programmes.

The EBW produces reports for selection and development programmes. It can be used for all types of roles including management, sales, customer service, administration and support. It provides feedback on a person's Emotional Intelligence, and  focused questions that enable smarter use of time for busy managers, coaches or HR proffessionals. The EBW is available for unlimited use on our ‘Pay as you Use' online system and can be used immediately after completing the EBW Distance Leaning Programme.

For senior or critical roles or team development we recommend you use The EBW Advance. The EBW Advance produces reports that provide a sophisticated analysis of an individual's Emotional Intelligence. It enables organisations to really understand or develop a person's potential when selecting or developing leaders/managers or teams. The EBW Advance benchmarks a person against appropriate peer groups (leaders, managers accountants etc.). The EBW Advance requires feedback from a trained facilitator.
