1. Why use online assessments?

There are number of benefits to using online assessments such as objectivity, speed, reliability and cost.

1. Do I have to have a special email account?

No, but we have had problems with free email accounts such as hotmail and AOL users who have not been able to receive the reports when the reports attachment is too big.

1. What do I do if I lose my login codes?

Email info@ebwonline.com or your EBW distributor and we will resend your User account codes

1. How can I be sure my data is secure?

All data collected by Brentfield Consultancy Ltd is encrypted before being transferred over the web. All data is stored on a secure server. Please read ebwonline. Privacy Policy for more information.

1. What happens if people can't login?

When this has happened it is normally because of the User's error. However if the problem persists the User should email info@ebwonline.com or use our support link at the bottom of our secure site describing the problem. We will endeavour to find a solution to their problem as quickly as possible.

1. What happens if a user is cut off from their Internet connection?

The User should log in again and the system will automatically returns them to the place where they were log out.

1. Is the EBW only available in English?

Yes, at the moment but we are in the process of developing alternative forms

• Can I get an individual in another country to complete the EBW?

Yes - but please check with an EBW Facilitator that you have the appropriate norm group

1. How long does it take to generate and receive an EBW report?

Less than 30 minutes after the EBW is completed.

1. If my clients completes a trial EBW can I upgrade it to a full EBW report?

Yes

1. How will I know about new norm groups and developments to the EBW?

We advise all our Facilitators of updates in norm groups and developments by email
