When a team is underperforming, had or will have a big membership change, the EBWt quickly provides an overview of the dynamics in the team. The EBWt generates a development report for each team member and a team report which includes 360 feedback on the team leader and provides the team's perception on the following:
- Leadership = the strategic approach to providing team with direction and motivating team members. Setting team objectives and clarifying individual roles.
- Effectiveness = how efficient the team is.
- Adaptability = extent to which the team develops new and improved ways of working.
- Relationships = the level of co-operation and lack of conflict within the team.
- Satisfaction = the extent to which team members are satisfied with team processes.
- Attachment = team members loyalty to the team and the other team members.
The EBWt system is used with a one or half day masterclass that enables team leaders and members to identify goals, gain understanding, increase motivation and have a framework to ensure the achievement of the team's objectives.
