This blended learning programme provides you with the qualification and skills to deliver the Business EQ assessment reports to improve individual performance through recruitment, coaching, leadership development etc.
This certification course is a 4-stage process, including a one-to-one coaching session and ongoing support from the EBW Global team, all of which ensures you will be confident in your ability to use the EBW Global Business EQ assessment & reports effectively.
This course provides you with certification on the EBW Business Emotional Intelligence Profile (individual, group and selection reports) and lifetime access to EBW Knowledge Library.
We run regular certification courses online and you can book onto one of these below. This course can also be delivered face to face by request.
On average this certification takes participants 8 weeks to complete but we have had organised participants who have completed this certification in 2 weeks.
